My buddy Tim changed how I think about shock tuning
Been running Fox 2.0s on my Tacoma for a while and thought they felt fine. Then my buddy Tim, who builds rock crawlers in Moab, took my truck for a spin last weekend. He said my rebound was way too fast for my heavier bumpers and winch setup. Honestly never considered that weight changes shock tuning, but after slowing it down 4 clicks the ride is way more planted on washboard roads. Anyone else ever get their tune wrong because they forgot about added weight?

Slow rebound fixed my heavy rig too. Night and day difference.

Makes such a huge difference on a heavy setup especially in the rough stuff.
