Can we talk about the AI that wrote my last work email

Last week, my boss asked me to draft a tricky client apology, so I tried a new AI tool that suggests tone adjustments. It completely rewrote my draft to sound less defensive, which actually worked and the client replied positively. Has anyone else used AI for writing help at their job and found it changed how you communicate?

So my buddy had this AI help him write a dating app bio. It took his super serious draft and made it way more chill and funny. He got way more matches after that. Kinda wild how a few word changes can flip the whole vibe, right? Makes you wonder what else we're accidentally saying wrong.
