Dropped $480 on a little AI voice tool for my dad's shop calls and it paid for itself in 3 weeks
My dad runs a two bay garage in Toledo and he was losing maybe 6 or 7 calls a day because he's under a car with his hands full. I paid $480 for a year of an AI phone agent that picks up, takes the car info, and texts him the details. First month we booked 19 jobs that would have gone to voicemail, and at his average ticket that's way past what I spent. The catch is it still mishears trim levels like LT versus LS, so he has to call folks back to confirm. Anyone else running one of these for a small shop, and did you find a way to fix the misheard words?
