My smartwatch's AI caught a knee issue I ignored for months

I used to just push through pain when landscaping all day. Then I got a watch with AI that looks for strain patterns. It buzzed me last summer before my knee got really bad. Now I pay attention to those alerts instead of brushing them off. Funny how a tiny computer can keep you from hurting yourself.

My coworker Dave had a similar thing happen with his shoulder. He ignored the early warnings and it basically blew out, needing surgery. It's smart to pay attention to those little alerts before they turn into big problems.
