The old handwriting recognition on my phone made me smile for a second
I was cleaning out some old files on my laptop last night and found a scanned note from 2012 that I'd put through one of those early OCR apps. It came out so garbled, like it read a shopping list as a poem. Looking at that now, after using the new vision models that can read a doctor's messy script across three languages, it hit me how far we've come in a little over a decade. Does anyone else ever pull up their old AI outputs just to see how silly they look now?
