My air fryer bacon discovery from 3 weeks ago
I was making bacon in my pan last month like always, and it came out uneven and greasy. Then a buddy told me to try it in the air fryer at 375 for 8 minutes, and I swear it came out perfectly crispy every time since. Has anyone else found a better time or temp for getting that perfect crunch without burning?

Oh sure, because apparently the air fryer can do everything except pay my rent... I tried 380 for 7 minutes once and ended up with shriveled bacon chips. Guess I'll stick with your method since I don't want to play firefighter with my breakfast.

Ha, sounds about right. I tried 380 once and got the same sad shriveled chips, so I went back to 375 for 8 minutes and it's been solid. No burned edges, just that even crunch without babysitting the pan.

Wait you actually got shriveled chips at 380 too? I thought it was just me messing up.
