My wife insisted on an air fryer for Christmas, and I thought it was just a trendy toaster oven.
Honestly, after making perfect crispy chicken thighs in 15 minutes flat last Tuesday, I'm a total convert. Anyone got a killer recipe for frozen french fries that actually gets them crunchy?

Wait, you got perfect chicken thighs in just 15 minutes? That's the real magic trick right there. My air fryer takes way longer for chicken. For the fries, toss them in a tiny bit of cornstarch first, it makes a huge difference.

My air fryer must be the lazy cousin of yours because 15 minutes would give me raw chicken and a lot of hope. I have to run mine for like 25 minutes just to get the skin crispy. The cornstarch tip is a game changer though, it actually makes frozen fries taste like they came from a restaurant.

Yeah, @oliviahenderson had it right with the cornstarch trick. My 15 minute time was for wings, not thighs.
