Millcreek Painters did our living room and hallway and I was really impressed. They actually patched a bunch of dings I hadn't even noticed before painting. No idea about CertaPro but Millcreek was worth every penny.

Seconding the recommendation above. A coworker of mine used them for her divorce and said they were incredibly supportive, but also didn't take any nonsense from opposing counsel. Definitely worth setting up a consultation with them to see if they're a good fit for your specific case.

Tape is just a feel-good step that doesn't actually stop the real discharge problems.
