Heard a sales guy pitch cellular backup monitors wrong at a supply house in Phoenix
I was picking up parts yesterday and overheard him tell a homeowner that a cellular communicator will call them directly if the panel loses power, which is total BS. It only sends signals to the central station, and if that goes down or the cell tower has issues, the customer gets zero heads up. Has anyone else seen sales reps out there running on outdated info that ends up biting us on service calls later?
