My swamp cooler quit on the hottest day in June and I found out why at 11pm
It died last Tuesday when it hit 102 and I ended up on the roof with a flashlight finding a cracked water line I should've checked in May. Anyone got a repair guy on the west side who won't charge me a weekend emergency rate?

A cracked water line would leak constantly, not just quit on you, so you probably had a pump or belt go out too. Honestly just call it a swamp cooler guy, most of them don't hit you with weekend rates if you can wait till Monday.
