Shoutout to the Frontier Restaurant for proving everyone wrong about breakfast burritos
I keep hearing people say that Golden Pride or Blakes make the best breakfast burritos in town, but I hit up Frontier last Tuesday morning and that green chile stew burrito was way better than either of them. It had the right ratio of potato to egg to chile, and it didn't fall apart after the first bite. Has anyone else given theirs a fair shot lately or is it just me?

Pro tip, ask for extra green chile on the side to keep it from getting soggy.

Oh man, that's a solid hack. It reminds me how a lot of little things in life work better when you keep the main thing separate from the wet stuff. Like, I always pack my lunch with dressing on the side, or I put the salsa in a separate container for tacos. Once stuff soaks in, you can't really fix it. Makes you wonder what other common mistakes we make by mixing things too early, right?
