Thought I'd hate the 'skip the filler' trend but that fan cut of Bleach is actually fire

I kept seeing people on here talking about cutting out all the filler arcs and I was like nah man, that's part of the experience. But after 3 tries to get through the Bount arc I finally caved and watched a fan edit that just trimmed it down to 10 episodes. Honestly the pacing is so much better and I didn't miss anything important. Has anyone else found a specific fan edit that actually improved a show for you?

Wait wait wait, you actually watched a 10 episode version of the Bount arc? I thought those edits were just jokes people made online, not something someone actually sat through. I've got a buddy who swears by a Naruto fan cut that trims out all the filler and even re-edits some of the canon stuff to flow better, but I always figured that was too much work for any normal person to bother with. The Bount arc is like the ultimate test though, that thing dragged on for almost 50 episodes and I tapped out twice myself. Honestly I'm kinda impressed you found one that actually worked, most of those fan edits I've seen just randomly cut scenes and leave huge plot holes.
