Tried to carefully brush away dirt at a dig in Tucson and my trowel hit a sprinkler pipe
Water shot straight up and soaked the whole trench, turning our neat grid into a mud pit. Anyone else ever accidentally create their own 'water feature' on site?

How bad can it really be? Just looks like a broken pipe.

That's not a sprinkler pipe, that's a main irrigation line. Sprinkler heads are the pop-up things in lawns.
