Am I the only one who regrets buying a house with a big yard?

Bought a place in Smyrna with almost half an acre back in 2020. Thought I wanted space for a garden and a dog. Now I spend every Saturday from April to October on a mower for 2 hours. My neighbor told me last week he pays a kid 40 bucks to do his and I'm seriously thinking about it.

Wait, isn't mowing time more like an hour with a decent mower?

Yeah honestly I used to think the same thing, like an hour was plenty. But then I actually timed myself one day and it took like 45 minutes just to do the front yard, and that's with a pretty decent 22 inch mower. The back was another 30 minutes plus trimming and blowing. Idk maybe it depends on the yard size but mine is just a standard suburban lot and it's definitely more like two hours total by the time you're done.
