Remember when Decatur roads had zero pothole patches? That was a good year

It feels like every spring now my wife and I play bumper cars on Scott Blvd dodging craters that pop up overnight. Back in 2016 I counted 14 potholes between our house and the Kroger on North Decatur, now I hit that many before I leave the subdivision. I get the county has more houses and more trucks tearing things up, but has anyone else noticed the fix crews just slap a cold patch on and it's back by June? Is there a number we can call that actually gets a street repaved instead of a quick fill?

Have you tried the county’s online portal, or do they just ignore those too?
