A kid at the parts counter made me rethink my whole spray booth setup
Had a 19 year old apprentice ask why I still bake panels at 140 degrees when the new waterborne clears cure at 120, and after checking the data sheet from last Tuesday I realized he was right, so has anyone else adjusted their oven temps after talking to someone half their age?

That apprentice is out here doing more for your paint booth than the training seminar you paid $400 for last spring, huh? Kids these days actually read the spec sheets instead of just memorizing what the old guy showed them. I got corrected by a 21 year old about my torque wrench calibration last month and honestly, I'm still bitter about it.
