Caught a guy at the hangar using a flathead screwdriver on a torx fastener again
I had to pull him aside after he stripped the third screw on a nav unit panel and explain that using the right bit saves you an hour of extraction work, has anyone else seen techs ignore basic tool fit on switch panels?

Read somewhere that lazy techs cost shops more than bad parts ever will.

Bad parts get returned, lazy techs just keep costing you repeat labor hours.
