I dropped $40 on a 'premium' star chart that was just a blurry printout from some guy's basement.
I was so excited for the Orionid meteor shower last month, but the chart was useless and I missed the peak because I couldn't match the constellations... has anyone found a good, free app or website that actually works for spotting showers?
