My cousin told a barber to "surprise him" once. The guy gave him a full on mohawk with racing stripes shaved into the sides. He had to wear a beanie for two months straight. Some people just don't know what they're asking for.

Honestly, it's not even the good shows that do this to me. It's the mid ones with a weird hook. Last week I put on some random crime drama just for background noise while I cleaned. Tbh the plot was full of holes but the main character had this strange tic, like he'd always fix his tie before lying. Ended up on the couch for six hours straight trying to spot the next lie, my whole Sunday gone.

Sounds like an old wives' tale to me.

My buddy bought one for his kids and they ended up using it as a pirate spyglass more than a telescope lol. Pretty sure it's just a lesson in cheap optics.
