Shoutout to my sister for insisting I weigh my flour for cookies
I always scooped and leveled, but after a batch of hockey pucks last week, I finally listened and used my scale. The difference in my chocolate chip cookies was absolutely INSANE. Anyone have a go-to recipe that really NEEDS that precision?

Oh man, that's the truth. I see this all the time with my friends who bake. They'll swear their method is fine, then one tiny change like weighing flour turns a brick into a perfect cookie. It's wild how the smallest shift in a basic ingredient can wreck or save a whole recipe.

Disagree honestly, my best cookies come from using cups. Got the feel for it after a few tries and they turn out soft every time. A scale just adds extra steps for something that works fine by sight.
