Best and worst single day at my credit union teller line last Thursday
I had one person thank me for helping with a fraudulent charge and then the next guy screamed at me for a 50-cent fee on his account. Has anyone else had a shift that flipped from hero to villain in minutes?

The guy yelling at you probably had a point about that fee though.

I read that hidden fees are basically a tax on impatience.
