My credit union teller in Spokane told me to stop rounding up my payments, and now I'm second guessing it
She said rounding up my car payment by $40 a month was just shrinking my cushion and that a plain savings transfer would do more for me, which honestly never crossed my mind. Has anyone else had a teller or banker talk them out of a habit they'd been proud of?
