Client told me my fade was too perfect today

Guy sat down and said he wanted a natural look, then got mad because my blend was too clean and said it looked like a wig. Anyone else have clients ask for something then complain about the exact opposite?

Looked like a wig" is brutal. I used to think clean was always better but this changed my mind.

@oliver719 i feel you on this one. it's wild how expectations get flipped on their head, right? i used to be all about that super clean look too, but seeing how something can look so much better with a little messiness really opened my eyes. sometimes what seems "wrong" actually works way better for the vibe you're going for. it's like when you try too hard it backfires, but when you let it be natural it just clicks. glad you're seeing it from a different angle now, makes total sense where you're coming from.
