Rough Saturday: 6 clients back to back and my clippers died at 2 PM

Last Saturday in Denver I had a full book, six cuts straight with no lunch break, and right before my third walk-in my Wahl clippers just stopped mid-fade. I had to borrow a pair from the shop owner, but the blade gap was off so my fade lines looked wobbly and I had to redo one guy's taper twice. Any of you keep a backup clipper handy or do you just risk it and pray the motor holds up on busy days?
