Had a customer bring in a 1992 Trek 930 with a seized seatpost. Took three days of Kroil, heat, and a bench vise to finally get it out.

Three days of Kroil and heat sounds brutal, glad you won that fight.

Had a similar battle with a tractor manifold bolt last spring, pure misery.

48 hours of penetrating oil and i still had to tack-weld a wrench to the thing. sometimes heat just makes it expand tighter before it breaks loose.
