He said, 'I just need my partner tuned up for the season.' It made me realize we're not just fixing machines, we're helping people keep their adventures rolling. Anyone else have a phrase from a customer that stuck with you?

Yeah but the real cost is the time and tools... you're not paying for the bolt turn, you're paying for the guy who knew which bolt to check and had the right wrench in his hand in thirty seconds. Most of us would spend an hour looking it up online first.
