Had to choose between finishing a show or sleeping last night

I was 3 episodes from the end of season 4 of The Expanse at 2 AM and had a 7 AM shift. Picked finishing the season and showed up to work on 4 hours of sleep, totally zoned out. What show has made you lose sleep like that?

Man, that Expanse season 4 finale is brutal for sleep. I did the exact same thing with Battlestar Galactica's final season, stayed up until like 4 AM to finish the last 4 episodes and then stumbled into work completely wrecked, just staring at spreadsheets like a zombie. The whole "just one more episode" lie we tell ourselves is real, especially when a show's writing is that good.

And then the next day you convince yourself that was a one-time thing, but we both know that's the biggest lie of all. It's a dangerous cycle, especially when the show keeps hitting you with those cliffhangers right when you think you can stop.
