Unpopular opinion: Most "binge worthy" shows lose it after season 2
I just finished a show everyone raved about on here and it was a total slog by season 4 so why do people keep recommending whole series when the first two seasons are the only good part, has anyone else found a show that actually stays great past season 3?

Yeah, "loses it after season two" is pretty spot on for most shows. It's like they run out of the original idea and just start making stuff up to keep it going. The only show I can think of that stayed solid past three seasons was The Expanse, and even that had a weird dip in the middle.

Honestly, "loses it after season two" has been the story of my life with so many shows lately. I just want something that doesn't make me feel like I'm forcing myself through the later seasons you know?
