Man, I get it. I felt the same way when I started turning wrenches and watched guys zip dry bolts on like it was no big deal. It's frustrating because you know they're gonna strip something or snap a stud down the road, and then they blame the tool or the part instead of their own hands. Nobody really teaches this stuff anymore, they just hand you a torque wrench and say good luck. Seeing it over and over wears you down, but hey, at least some of us still care enough to lube the threads and do it right. Hang in there and keep showing the new guys the proper way when you get the chance.
