I never kept count before, but my foreman told me the number today. It hit me that I've built a lot of walls over the years. That's a whole lot of mortar mixed and joints tooled. Has anyone else ever tracked their total like that?

A hundred thousand bricks is a number that breaks my brain. That's like building a whole small town by hand. Your foreman just casually dropped a lifetime achievement on you.

Used to think counting was pointless. Then my boss showed me my lifetime board feet cut. Makes you realize what your hands have actually done.
