Frozen veggie stir fry mix beat my fresh attempt by 12 bucks

I used to grab the fresh pre-cut stir fry packs at Kroger for like $9 each, but last week I bought a 2 pound frozen bag for $3.50 and honestly it cooked up faster, no soggy spots. The texture was way better too, which surprised me. Anyone else switched and never looked back?

Man, that's a solid find! I did the same thing with broccoli florets last month, ended up roasting them straight from the freezer and they got all crispy on the edges, way less hassle than chopping. Now I'm weirdly scared to go back to fresh greens, feels like I'm paying for the privilege of doing extra work.
