Bro and then you gotta roast the bones for stock right? lmao. I did this once thinking I was being all economical and ended up spending 45 minutes trying to get all the meat off the stupid carcass. Plus my kitchen looked like a chicken murder scene. But hey if you got the patience for it more power to you

Youre not kidding about the murder scene part. I had greasy chicken juice on three different counters and somehow a piece of skin ended up stuck to the ceiling fan blade. I was finding little bits of cartilage in my hair later that night. 45 minutes of my life gone but the stock did turn out pretty good I guess.
