My bullet journal post online created a mess with my team at work

I posted a picture of my weekly spread on my Instagram story. It showed my tasks for a group project, including a note about a clash with a coworker. She saw it and got really upset, saying I shared private stuff. I did not use her name, but the details were clear enough. Now I feel guilty and am unsure about posting my journal pages anymore. I want to share my progress but also respect other people's privacy. How do you balance sharing online with keeping things fair for others?

Man, I totally get this. I once posted a sketch from a meeting where I doodled a "difficult client" as a small dragon. Didn't name them, but my caption made our project obvious. Someone from another team figured it out and it got back to them. It was super awkward and I felt terrible, even though I was just venting. I learned that even vague details can be a map for people in the know. Now I just don't post anything work related, even if it seems harmless. It's not worth the stress.

Posting work stuff online does need care, but cutting it out completely seems too strict. You can share your journal without pointing fingers by changing details or using symbols. I blur out names and tweak tasks so they're not clear. Sharing helps me stay on track and connect with others who bullet journal. It's about finding a balance where you express yourself without hurting anyone. With a bit of editing, you can keep posting without the drama.

Yeah, but even blurring stuff can be risky if people know the context.
