Yeah, like gibson.mark said, it's usually the pork collar. I just smile, do the cut they ask for, and let them have their moment. Works every time.

Guess that customer saw one too many cooking shows. Always fun when someone tries to explain your own job to you. Hope you charged extra for the "educational experience." What was the cut, anyway?
