Hit 10,000 pounds of ground beef processed this morning

Been keeping a rough count in my head since I started at this shop 4 years ago. This morning I finished up a 200 pound grind order for a local restaurant and realized I crossed 10,000 pounds total. That's a lot of chuck rolls and scrap trimmings. What got me was the math - I've handled about 6,500 pounds of that just in the last 2 years as we grew the wholesale side. Anyone else keep weird mental tallies like this or am I just becoming a weirdo with my numbers?

I read somewhere that most butchers don't even bother counting, so you're in a small club.

@kevinc84 You count your stuff even when nobody makes you? So weird. I count my fries before I eat them too. If I can't divide them evenly by the time I'm done, I get mad.
