Boss moved my shift to 6am with 2 days notice and I said yes on the spot

I work at a bakery in Boise and my manager Kathy asked me Thursday to start coming in at 6am instead of 9 starting Monday. I panicked and said yes right away even though the bus doesn't even run that early. Now I'm looking at either $40 a week in rideshares or losing the job, and I already signed off on the new schedule in writing. Any advice on how to walk this back without looking like I can't handle it?
