TIL that sending 50 cold emails in one week got me 6 interviews, which is more than my last 8 months of applying on job boards
I tracked every application for 8 months and got 2 callbacks out of 140 submissions, but when I switched to sending 50 direct emails to hiring managers over 5 days I landed 6 interviews, so now I'm wondering if anyone else has seen that same lopsided ratio or if I just got lucky with the timing.

My buddy Dave sent 200 emails in Denver and got zero replies, so timing might be everything here.
