Took a free Excel course on a whim and it got me a raise in 3 weeks
I was stuck doing manual data entry at my job in Austin for 2 years, so I spent a weekend on a LinkedIn Learning spreadsheet class. Now my manager asked me to build the monthly report we pay a vendor for, and HR bumped me $5k. Has anyone else found a cheap or free skill that paid off that fast?
