PSA: That 'entry level' job posting asking for 3 to 5 years of experience is not a typo, it is a filter
I watched a recruiter in Chicago quietly toss 40 resumes for a role listed as entry level because none of them had shipped anything real yet, which is why I now tell everyone I know to ignore the years line and apply with one finished project instead, so has anyone else run into this?
