Rant: a recruiter at a Chicago job fair said my resume reads like a job description, not a person
She pointed at my first bullet, which was just "managed cross functional teams," and asked what I actually shipped, so I rewrote the whole thing around one project, cut it from 2 pages to 1, and got 3 callbacks in 9 days, and now I'm wondering if anyone else has had a stranger fix their resume in 5 minutes flat.
