I finally gave up on my old corded circular saw for deck builds

Honestly, I kept using my corded Makita for years because it was a beast, but the cord was a pain on big decks. Last month I switched to a 60v cordless model for a job in Asheville and it changed everything. The freedom to move around without tripping or finding an outlet saved me at least two hours on a 400 square foot deck. Has anyone else made the switch and found a good brand for long battery life?

Totally feel you on that! I made the same jump to a DeWalt Flexvolt saw last year and the battery just goes forever. It's a complete game changer for not being tied to an outlet.
