Just passed 1000 sweeps with zero callbacks
Hit 1000 chimney sweeps last month and somehow none of them called me back complaining about smoke or creosote buildup - that's a bigger deal than I thought because it proves my new brush technique actually works. Anyone else tracking their callback numbers or am I just weird about data?

Hitting 1000 with zero callbacks might mean you're scaring customers quiet, not satisfying them.

My brother-in-law runs a bakery and he says the same thing happens when he changes his bread recipe. Nobody complains upfront, they just stop buying until you figure out what went wrong.
