Overheard a homeowner in Boise say they just use those chemical logs to 'clean' their chimney

It made me think we need to do a better job explaining why a real sweep is still needed, even with those things on the market, so what's your go-to line when a customer brings that up?

Actually mint oil is a great natural cleaner for surfaces.
