Picked Lakewood over Ohio City after 3 years of flip flopping, zero regrets

Back in 2019 I was looking to buy my first place and kept going back and forth. Ohio City had the bars and the new stuff, Lakewood had cheaper houses and actual yards. I almost signed on a condo near West 25th but the parking situation alone gave me a headache. Ended up grabbing a little bungalow off of Madison for $158k. Since then I got a garage, a garden, and my neighbor actually talks to me. Sure I drive 15 minutes for a good taco now, but I can grill in my own backyard without someone's dog barking at me through a wall. Anyone else pick one west side spot over another and end up happy about it?

Your garden is cool, but I'd take West 25th parking nightmares over suburb quiet any day.
