PSA: check your basement floor drain before the next big rain, mine backed up into 3 inches of water on W 117th
Happened Saturday night when that storm rolled through and my whole laundry room flooded because a tree root had choked the line. Anyone got a good drain guy on the west side who won't charge me an arm and a leg?

Tree roots in a 4 inch clay line on 117th means you likely need a camera and jetter, not just a snake.
