Vent: My neighbor made me realize I've been wasting money on lawn care for years

I was out watering my front yard last Saturday when my neighbor Steve came over and started laughing. He said I was dumping like $200 a month on fertilizer and weed killer for a lawn that's mostly crabgrass and clover anyway. He showed me his yard which is basically all native plants and wildflowers and honestly it looks better than mine. Now I'm wondering if I should just let my lawn go natural like his and save the cash.

Honestly, the best part is not having to mow as much. That alone sold me on the clover.
