Why does every new rental on the west side skip the garbage pickup schedule?

I've looked at 4 places off Lorain this month and none of the leases mention if it's city or private hauling, so I can't figure out who to call when the bins overflow. My neighbor on W 117th just told me they had to chase down a Rumpke truck for a week last summer, has anyone else dealt with this?

Used to think every landlord just had to post that stuff in the lease. Then my last place on Detroit Ave had the same issue. Took me two weeks to find out the building was on a private route, not city pickup. Now I just ask upfront before I even tour a place. Saves a ton of headache when the bins start stinking in July. The city website has a lookup tool too, but only if you know the address. Shame nobody tells you that when you sign.
