Heads up about that new comic shop on 5th Street, something feels off
Last week I went into the new place, 'Nexus Comics', to check it out. The guy behind the counter asked for my phone number and email just to look at the back issue bins. I said no thanks, and he got real pushy about it, saying it was store policy. I walked out and went to my usual spot, Collector's Cave. Has anyone else had a weird experience there, or is it just me?

Honestly, that just sounds like bad customer service to me.

Yeah, that's part of a bigger thing I've seen lately. Everywhere you go now, they don't just want your money, they want your information too. It's like you can't buy a pack of gum without getting on a mailing list. That pushy feeling when you say no is the worst part, like you're doing something wrong for wanting a little privacy.
