The guy at the comic shop keeps calling the Punisher a hero and it's driving me nuts

I was picking up my pull list on Tuesday and heard the clerk tell a new reader that Frank Castle is 'basically Batman but with guns.' This is the third time I've heard him say something like that, and it really misses the point of the character. How do you politely correct someone when they're giving out bad info to new fans?

I saw that whole thread about the comic shop take and honestly, leow90 has a point. People are writing full essays in the replies like it's a court case. It's just some guy's opinion on Spider-Man or whatever. Getting that mad over it feels like a waste of energy, you know? Letting it ruin your day seems way more serious than the take itself.
