Band masks are alright but you should know they're actually just a different type of full face mask, not a separate category. What made you switch after sticking with your old one for so long?

Exactly, they're still full face masks just with a lighter frame and less bulk up top. The switch mainly came from wanting better airflow when I'm out working or hiking in the heat, the old one just got too stuffy after a while. Once you get used to the weight difference it's hard to go back to a chunkier setup.
